Meet The Doctors
Dr. Chris Zeledon
Dr. Chris Zeledon is a 2015 graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry, and a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. Since graduating, he has continued to expand his education, mainly focusing on implant dentistry and oral surgery. In 2024 he was awarded Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) which represents dentists who have a longstanding commitment to continuing education beyond graduation. Only about 6% of general dentists in the U.S. and Canada earn this Fellowship.
Dr. Zeledon is a graduate of Boyertown Senior High and is thrilled to provide dental care in the area he grew up. He began working in the field of dentistry as a chairside dental assistant in 2007 while studying for his bachelor’s degree at Delaware Valley University in Doylestown, PA. As a dental assistant, he was given the opportunity to take part in a dental mission trip to Honduras, where he gained experience and solidified his desire to pursue a career as a dentist.
During his dental training at Temple University, he was able to take advantage of various outreach opportunities to help serve underprivileged communities throughout the Philadelphia area. Dr. Zeledon also volunteered his time through the annual MOM n PA Dental Missions event held in Pennsylvania, and plans to continue his volunteer work through this event.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Zeledon dedicates his time to his loving family. He and his wife, Cortney, have four daughters, Lyla, Lauryl, Londyn, and Laynie. His older brother, Aj, who was born with Down Syndrome, has been a very influential factor in Dr. Zeledon’s life. He volunteers with the Special Olympics and Aj’s bowling league which takes place every fall in Limerick, PA. Dr. Zeledon enjoys playing soccer, and any outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and hunting.
Dr. Jashank Sampat
Since graduating from Temple Kornberg School of Dentistry and earning a Doctor of Dental Medicine, Dr. Sampat has dedicated himself to extensive training, continuing education and enhancing his techniques to provide the best dental care for his patients. After graduating, Dr. Sampat was selected for and completed an intensive implant continuum training and has since placed and restored hundreds of implants. His continued education and training in restorative endodontics allows Dr. Sampat to utilize the newest and best techniques for pain-free root canals. He treats every patient with a gentle hand and provides thorough clinical education for his patients on treatment options and details.
Dr. Sampat adapts a comprehensive approach to every visit to ensure his patients are receiving quality and upgraded care by utilizing the most modern technology and techniques to reduce radiation, maximize comfort, and provide long-lasting dental restorations. He serves on numerous dental committees and organizations including American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and has been declared an Elite Preferred Invisalign Provider being in the top 5% nationwide. Dr. Sampat has traveled to Nepal to provide volunteer dental care for those in need, and he uses this experience to appreciate the importance of a healthy and beautiful smile.
Outside of the office, Dr. Sampat enjoys traveling the world, trying new foods, and experiencing different cultures with his wife. Dr. Sampat looks forward to being your professional dental care provider, exceeding your expectations and addressing your dental needs and wants at every visit.
Dr. Shanmukha Reddy Kallam
Dr. Shanmukha Reddy Kallam is an accomplished associate dentist with a profound dedication to oral health, which he discovered later in his youth. Growing up in a remote agricultural setting in India, he was initially unaware of the critical role dental health plays until his late teenage years. This realization spurred his pursuit of dentistry, leading him to earn a BDS from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Bangalore in 2005, followed by an MDS in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from NTR University of Health Sciences in Andhra Pradesh in 2010. To further his expertise, Dr. Kallam completed his DDS at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in 2019. He has also participated in an Implant Seminars course and maintains an active membership with the American Dental Association (ADA). In January 2022, Dr. Kallam joined our practice, bringing with him a passion for improving dental care and patient well-being.
At work, Dr. Kallam enjoys the daily interactions with a diverse group of enthusiastic patients and values the stories they share about their dental journeys. His favorite aspects of his role are the ability to listen attentively and address patient concerns effectively, ensuring their satisfaction. The warm and compassionate atmosphere at the practice makes every day fulfilling and motivates him to continue providing excellent dental care.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Kallam cherishes his time spent with his family. He is married to a fellow dentist, and they are proud parents of two daughters. His personal life is filled with activities that keep him connected to his roots and relaxed, including cooking on weekends, taking walks, and watching cricket matches.
